01 / Frequently Asked Questions

What you want to know before you decide.

What does Bespoke actually cost? +
The build investment ranges from $4,000 for the Foundation tier to $25,000 for the Full Studio tier. After the build is delivered, a monthly retainer ranges from $247 to $1,500 per month depending on the tier. The Scale tier ($12,000 build, $697 monthly) is the heart of the offering and covers all three bundles plus monthly strategy calls. Full pricing details are on the pricing page.
How long does the build take? +
The Brand Studio foundation work is days, not months. The full build including funnels, sequences, and automation is delivered in thirty days, with the pace set partly by how quickly you get us what we need. You will have a working brand and content engine by the end of the first week.
Do I have to know how to code? +
No. Bespoke is a configured system, not a build-it-yourself platform. I do the technical work. You bring your voice, your story, and your input on the brand. The platform that gets delivered is configured for you and runs without you having to operate it.
What if I already have a CRM, like HubSpot or GoHighLevel? +
Bespoke replaces what you have rather than integrating with it. Most clients arrive with a CRM that has not been working for them, and migration to Bespoke includes bringing the relevant data over. If you have specific data that needs to stay in your existing system, we can discuss bridges during the kickoff session.
What if I do not have a brand yet? +
You do not need a finished brand to start. The Brand Studio is designed for founders who arrive with fragments: a voice they cannot quite articulate, a logo from years ago, photos that almost work. The Studio gives you the structure to build a complete brand. You bring yourself. The Studio does the rest.
Can I cancel my monthly retainer? +
Yes. The monthly retainer is month-to-month after the build is delivered. You can cancel anytime by giving thirty days notice. If you cancel, you keep your data, your brand assets, and your access to the documentation you produced. The platform stops running new automations but you can export everything.
What happens if the engagement does not work out? +
Honest answer: this is rare because of how the application process is structured. Most fit issues get caught in the discovery call before any contract is signed. If we do enter a build and it becomes clear the fit is wrong, we have a structured exit conversation. I am not interested in keeping clients who are not benefiting. The relationship matters more than the revenue.
Is my data secure? +
Yes. Bespoke runs on professional cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security practices. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and each client deployment is isolated, which makes it appropriate for practices that handle sensitive client and financial information. Specific compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR) can be scoped to your business when we plan your build, if your practice has particular requirements.
What integrations does Bespoke support? +
The core platform integrates with email (Resend), payment (Stripe), social publishing (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook), SMS (Twilio), contracts (Docusign), and image generation (Kie.ai). Other integrations are available depending on the tier and the specific needs identified during the kickoff session.
Will I lose my work if I leave? +
No. At any point, you can export your data (contacts, sequences, content, brand assets) in standard formats. Your Brand Kit, your voice document, your typography choices, your photography are yours to keep regardless of whether the engagement continues. The platform is the place the work lives during the engagement, but the work itself belongs to you.
Do you work with men or only women? +
The whole point of Bespoke is to give a founder more room to breathe, not one more thing to push against. It is built to create ease and spaciousness, not grind. Anyone who wants that, and whose business fits the approach, is welcome here. I primarily work with women, and the application is the right way to find out if the fit is real, whoever you are.
What kinds of businesses does Bespoke work for? +
Bespoke is built for service businesses with established revenue. Coaching practices, real estate operations, wellness businesses, professional services firms, consulting practices. The common pattern is a founder who has crossed past the early-survival stage and needs operational infrastructure that compounds. Bespoke is not built for product businesses, e-commerce, or pre-revenue businesses.
Can I see Bespoke before applying? +
Yes. The walkthrough is available with a small email gate at /demo-gate. You can walk through what a Bespoke deployment looks like across five different industries. The walkthrough is real, not a marketing video.
How does the application process work? +
You submit an application at /apply. The application is short and direct, about fifteen minutes to complete. I review applications within a week. If approved, you watch a short video that walks through what to expect, then book a discovery call. The discovery call is where we decide together if the fit is real. There is no obligation until you sign a contract.
How do I reach you? +
Email is the right channel for most things. My address is hello@emshanell.com. I respond within twenty-four hours during business days. For urgent matters during an active engagement, I provide a phone number after the contract is signed. For applications and general inquiries, email is the way.
